A Harper high school culinary student looks on as Milan, Italy Chef Eros Picco samples the stuffed ravioli dish she and her team prepared for him as part of the Chicago’s Culinary Crossroads event held May 2 at Neil F. Simeon Academy high school. The event was part of the Illinois Restaurant Association’s tribute to nations that will be represented at the upcoming NATO summit in Chicago.
