U.S. Rep. Bobby Rush, D-1st, led hundreds of protestors last Thursday in a march on Metra headquarters in downtown Chicago. The congressman is "disappointed" with the number of contracts Metra has awarded Black contractors in the Englewood Flyover Project at 63rd and State Streets.
